These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RIVZQELAN website, online store, products, content, and related services.

RIVZQELAN is a brand operated by TANGIE LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In these Terms, “RIVZQELAN,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to TANGIE LLC.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Payment Methods Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be at least the legal age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase through our website.

If you permit a minor to browse or use the website on a device or account you control, you are responsible for that use and for ensuring appropriate supervision.

You may use our services only for lawful personal or household purposes.

2. Customer Accounts and Information

Certain website features may require you to create an account or provide contact, billing, payment, and delivery information.

You agree to:

• Update your information when it changes

Actual appearance may vary slightly because of:

• Minor differences between production batches

Unless a difference materially affects the product’s intended use, these normal variations do not necessarily indicate that an item is defective.

We may update product descriptions, packaging, specifications, availability, or pricing without advance notice. We may also discontinue a product or limit the quantity available to a customer, household, region, or order.

5. Placing and Accepting Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance generally occurs after payment authorization and order review.

We may decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Payment authorization problems
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Quantity or resale concerns
• Shipping restrictions
• Legal or regulatory requirements

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Customers should review product selection, quantity, address, and contact information before submitting an order. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.

6. Personal and Household Purchases

Products sold through the RIVZQELAN online store are intended primarily for personal and household use.

Unless we provide prior written approval, you may not purchase products for commercial resale, unauthorized distribution, export, or use under another brand.

We may cancel orders that appear to involve unauthorized resale or unusually large purchasing quantities.

7. Prices, Promotions, and Taxes

Product prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly displayed.

The price charged will normally be the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and other applicable fees may be added separately.

Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. A new price or discount does not apply retroactively to an order that has already been completed.

Promotional offers may:

• Apply only during a stated period
• Require a coupon or promotional code
• Be limited to selected products or customers
• Exclude shipping, taxes, or other fees
• Be unavailable in combination with another offer

When separate promotional rules conflict with these Terms, the specific rules of that promotion will control.

8. Payment Authorization

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• The payment provider may authorize the applicable charge
• You are responsible for the total shown at checkout

RIVZQELAN does not directly store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Payment providers and issuing banks may decline, delay, review, or reverse a transaction according to their own security procedures. Additional information is provided in our Payment Methods Policy.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Order preparation, shipping charges, tracking, estimated transit times, customs obligations, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, address problems, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

An order containing multiple products may be divided into separate shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products, and nonreturnable items are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

A return must be authorized before it is mailed. Products sent without authorization or to an unapproved address may be refused.

The following business and warehouse address must not be used for a return unless RIVZQELAN Customer Care provides written return instructions.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The website and its contents—including the RIVZQELAN name, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, written material, page layouts, icons, and original designs—are owned by or licensed to TANGIE LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view website materials for personal, noncommercial use. Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy or republish substantial website content
• Reproduce product photographs or graphics
• Modify or create derivative versions of our content
• Use RIVZQELAN trademarks or branding
• Sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit website materials
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

No ownership interest or license is granted except for the limited right to use the website under these Terms.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Reviews, Messages, and Customer Content

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, comments, questions, suggestions, or other material collectively referred to as “Customer Content.”

By submitting Customer Content, you confirm that:

• You created it or have permission to submit it
• It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• Any compensation or incentive connected with it has been disclosed
• It does not contain illegal, abusive, deceptive, or malicious material

You grant TANGIE LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to reproduce, edit, publish, translate, display, distribute, and use that content for operating and promoting RIVZQELAN.

This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.

We may moderate or remove Customer Content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to monitor every submission. You remain responsible for the content you provide.

13. Suggestions and Product Ideas

If you voluntarily send us an idea, recommendation, design suggestion, or proposal without a separate written confidentiality agreement, the submission will not be treated as confidential.

We may review and use unsolicited suggestions without payment or other obligation, subject to applicable law. Please do not submit confidential business information or material belonging to another person.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links, integrations, applications, payment services, tracking tools, or other features operated by third parties.

These services are provided under the third party’s own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or conduct of independent third-party websites or services.

Accessing an external service is at your discretion. Questions about a third-party product, website, or transaction should be directed to the relevant provider.

15. Shopify’s Role

Our online store uses Shopify technology to support website hosting and ecommerce functionality.

Any purchase made through the RIVZQELAN store is a transaction directly between the customer and TANGIE LLC. Shopify is not the seller, merchant of record, manufacturer, distributor, or customer-service provider for RIVZQELAN products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for RIVZQELAN products, fulfillment, delivery, returns, refunds, customer support, or disputes arising from a purchase made from us.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted through Shopify and uses third-party service providers, certain information may be transmitted to Shopify, payment processors, logistics providers, analytics providers, and other vendors required to operate the store.

By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in the applicable privacy notices.

17. Errors and Corrections

Occasionally, the website may contain typographical mistakes, outdated information, technical errors, or omissions relating to:

• Product descriptions
• Product availability
• Pricing or discounts
• Shipping charges
• Delivery estimates
• Promotional offers

We may correct or update inaccurate information and, when reasonably necessary, cancel an affected order.

If an order is canceled after payment due to a material error, the eligible payment amount will be refunded.

18. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any website feature, product, or service.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, security reviews, technical problems, internet outages, or circumstances outside our control.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available at all times or that website operation will always be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TANGIE LLC disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, durability, and noninfringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• Website access will always be uninterrupted or error-free
• Every defect will be corrected immediately
• Website content will always be complete or current
• A product will satisfy every personal preference or expectation

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to every customer.

20. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TANGIE LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase of a product.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, data, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or replacement costs, even if the possibility of such damages was known.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim; or
• The minimum amount required by applicable law

These limitations apply only to the extent legally enforceable in the customer’s jurisdiction.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TANGIE LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

• Your material violation of these Terms
• Your unlawful use of the services
• Customer Content submitted by you
• Your violation of another person’s legal rights

This obligation does not apply to claims caused solely by TANGIE LLC’s own unlawful conduct or negligence where such an exclusion is prohibited.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or a customer account when we reasonably determine that:

• These Terms have been materially violated
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred
• Website or customer security is at risk
• Suspension is required by law or a service provider

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or other liabilities that arose before termination.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, Customer Content, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective.

23. Severability

If a court determines that part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent required.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

24. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when provided in writing by an authorized representative of TANGIE LLC.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and TANGIE LLC concerning use of the RIVZQELAN website and services.

They replace prior discussions or communications concerning the same subject matter, except for a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative.

26. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

TANGIE LLC may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, business transfer, sale of assets, or other lawful corporate transaction.

Any assignment remains subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdictional requirements, disputes relating to these Terms or the RIVZQELAN services will be submitted to courts with proper jurisdiction in Lake County, Florida, or the applicable federal court serving that location.

Customers outside Florida may retain mandatory rights provided by the laws of their place of residence. Nothing in this section eliminates protections that cannot legally be waived.

28. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use of the services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
