Payment Methods

RIVZQELAN is committed to providing a straightforward and protected checkout experience. Prices and payments on our website are shown and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

1. Paying Through PayPal

If PayPal is selected as your payment method, you will be transferred to PayPal to securely authorize the transaction.

Depending on the options available in your region, you may be able to:

Sign in to an existing PayPal account and complete the payment
Select PayPal’s guest checkout option and pay with an eligible debit or credit card

A PayPal account may not be required when guest card checkout is offered. Availability is determined by PayPal and may vary according to your location, device, and transaction details.

RIVZQELAN does not control PayPal’s authorization process or the payment options displayed on its checkout page.

2. Credit and Debit Cards

We accept eligible major credit and debit cards displayed during checkout. Available card brands may differ depending on the customer’s country and the payment service processing the transaction.

When you submit a card payment:

Payment information is transmitted through a secure checkout system
Card authorization is handled by our approved payment processor
RIVZQELAN does not directly store your complete card number or security code
The issuing bank may request an additional identity-verification step

Your order will only be confirmed after the payment has been successfully authorized.

3. Currency and Possible Bank Charges

All website transactions are processed in USD.

If your card or bank account uses another currency, your financial institution may convert the charge using its own exchange rate. Currency-conversion fees, international transaction fees, and other bank charges are determined by your payment provider and are not collected by RIVZQELAN.

Please contact your bank or card issuer for information about these charges.

4. Payment Authorization

A payment may be declined or remain pending for reasons such as:

Incorrect billing or card information
Insufficient available funds
An expired or restricted card
A bank security review
An unsuccessful identity-verification request
Online or international payment restrictions

For security reasons, we cannot override a decision made by PayPal, a card issuer, or another payment provider. If your payment is not approved, verify the submitted information or contact the relevant financial institution before trying again.

5. Payment Confirmation

After a successful purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

If you do not receive the confirmation, please:

Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm that the email address was entered correctly.
Review your PayPal account or bank activity.
Contact our customer care team before placing a duplicate order.

Please include your name, checkout email address, and any available transaction details when requesting assistance.

6. Checkout Protection

Our checkout uses encrypted technology and established payment providers to protect transaction data during transmission.

Although we take reasonable measures to maintain a secure shopping environment, customers should also avoid making payments through unsecured public networks and should never share passwords, verification codes, or complete card details by email or phone.

RIVZQELAN representatives will never ask for your PayPal password or one-time bank verification code.

7. Billing Questions

Questions involving declined transactions, authorization holds, exchange rates, or card restrictions should generally be directed to PayPal or your card-issuing bank.
